The Pioneer Plastics Technical Products Division is qualified to Boeing Commercial Airplane Group's D1-9000 Advanced Quality System, a program which employs some of the most stringent quality requirements in the world. Quality is also assured through Pioneer's continuous improvement teams, dedicated to increasing efficiency and minimizing process variations.
Technical Support
Pioneer's engineering staff has expert knowledge of both OEM specifications and FAA regulations. We also have an extensive network of technical resources available throughout the industry to provide answers to your design and application questions.
In-House Flame Testing
Our state-of-the-art 175,000 sq. ft. facility is equipped with a burn lab for flame-testing laminate products in accordance with Appendix F, Part III of FAR 25.
